摘要
创新能力是地区竞争力优势的决定性因素,也是地区的经济繁荣和产业发展的关键因素。园区作为地区创新能力的载体,能从侧面反映出地区的创新能力。本文从区域创新能力和园区创新能力的定义出发,基于区域指标体系和张江高新区的特点来构建园区创新评价体系。根据张江高新区2013年的相关数据,基于DEMATEL-ANP评价模型对张江高新区进行评价分析,并对此提出适当建议。评价结果显示:影响张江高新区创新评价最重要的元素集是成果能力和环境能力。
Innovation capability is not only a decisive factor of regional competitive advantage,but also a key factor of regional economic prosperity and industrial development. High-tech Park,as a carrier of regional innovation capability,can reflect the regional innovation capability in the other side. This paper starts from the definition of innovation capability of the region and the Park,then builds up the evaluation index system suitable for the Park which based on the regional innovation index and Zhangjiang High-Tech Park's characteristics. According to the relevant data of Zhangjiang High-Tech Park in 2013,this paper analyzes Zhangjiang High-Tech Park of Shanghai by the DEMATEL-ANP method,and makes some policies. The results show that the most important elements are achievement ability and environmental ability.
