中国博士后日常经费资助的问题分析

Analysis of problems in daily expenses funding of China's post-doctors

博士后日常经费为博士后从事科研和生活提供基本保障,博士后日常经费经历多次调整,但依然存在很多问题。本文采用混合方法研究的理论与方法,在实地访谈和调研以及向全国400多家博士后流动站发放调查问卷基础上,区分设站单位所处区域、属性等因素对中国博士后日常经费的问题与改革方案进行了识别分析,结果表明:经济越发达地区和研究水平越高的机构对博士后日常经费的满意度越低,不同类型的设站单位对博士后日常经费存在的问题和建议虽有雷同,但关注点不一。

The post-doctoral daily expenses funding is a basic safeguard to engage in scientific research and life for post-doctoral practitioner. After several adjustments,there still exist quite a few problems in the funding system of China's post-doctoral expenses funding. Our paper aims at identification of the problems and reform programs of China's post-doctoral expenses funding based on the mixed methods research and 400 survey questionnaires collected from post-doctoral stations across the country. Our research distinguishes the stations through areas and attribute,and the result shows that the higher area's economy or science research level,generally get the lower funding satisfaction. Although different stations have similar problems on post-doctor expenses funding,they focus on different concerned points.
