摘要
互联网医疗产业是一个庞大的产业链,参与的主体众多。本文从现有产品的角度切入,定量分析了互联网+医疗模式接纳的影响因素,试图给行业主体提出一些指导性的意见。文章先从整体产业布局和现有产品功能的角度,分析互联网+医疗行业发展现状,随后引入了现状偏差理论,并在此基础上构建有关保护信念、转化成本、社群影响、感知成本、感知信念、六者之间的相互关系的结构方程,最后结合问卷分析,得出影响医疗模式接纳的关键性影响因素。基于上述定量分析的结论,对于现有的产品未来发展走势进行预测,并探究了最适合各类产品的商业模式。
Internet healthcare is an enormous industry chain with so many stakeholders. This paper starts with existing products,analyzes quantitatively the influencing factors involved in the model of Internet + healthcare and tries to offer some suggestions for the subject of the industry. Firstly it analyzes the status quo of the industry development through the overall industrial layout and product functions. And then it introduces the status quo bias theory to establish the structural equation which illustrates the correlation among six variables including protection awareness,conversion cost,social influence,perceived cost and perceived awareness. Finally,this paper draws a conclusion about the main influencing factors of consumer acceptance of the Internet +healthcare model combined with a questionnaire analysis. Based on the conclusion above,it predicts the future trend of existing products and studies the right business model most suitable for them.
