知识计量学是计量学的必然发展趋势,是计量学发展的高级阶段,具有广阔的应用空间。本文运用文献内容分析法、计量学方法探讨知识计量学在科技评价与管理中的应用。研究认为,知识计量学可以具体应用于科技评价中的人才评价、机构评价并可在科学研究、期刊管理、科技预测中发挥作用。本文的研究可以有助于提高知识计量学的应用水平,并且增加科技评价与管理效率。

Knowledgometrics is not only the inevitable development trend of metrology,but also the advanced stage of metrology development. It has a broad application space. Using literature content analysis and metrology method,this paper explores the specific knowledgometrics,in the evaluation and management of science and technology. The research suggests that we can apply knowledgometrics in talent evaluation,organization evaluation. We can also apply knowledgometrics in scientific research,journal management,forecasting of Science and Technology in the management of science and technology. The research can help to improve the application level of knowledgometrics,and increase the efficiency of evaluation and management of science and technology.
