研发协同的影响因素和绩效评价:文献综述

A literature review of the influencing factors and performance evaluation of R&D collaboration

本文梳理了自2010年以来有关研发协同的英文文献,从研发协同的特性、影响因素和绩效评价等三方面进行了总结和概括。首先分析了研发协同的内涵和特征;其次,从已有研究中的众多影响因素中,本文分别从企业内部(包括领导者、组织文化、信息集成)和外部(包括合作伙伴关系、外部环境、知识共享和地理邻近性)这七种类型的影响因素分析了其对研发协同的影响;然后从创新绩效和合作绩效等方面归纳研发协同绩效的评价方法体系。最后,在分析现有研究不足的基础上,提出未来的研究方向与展望。

This paper reviewed the English literature on R&D collaboration and summarized the characteristics,influencing factors and performance evaluations of R&D collaboration since 2010. Firstly,we analyzed the connotation and characteristics of R&D Collaboration; Secondly,the influencing factors of R&D collaboration were identified including leadership,organizational culture,partnership,external environment,information integration,knowledge sharing and geographical proximity from various influencing factors in recent years. Then the relationship between R&D collaboration and performance was indicated with the perspectives of innovation performance and cooperative performance. Finally,based on the disadvantages obtained from existing research,the further research direction and prospect have been put forward in this paper.
