摘要
国家自然科学基金项目多年来有利地支撑了我校基础研究和应用基础研究工作,在鼓励原始创新、出成果、出人才、推动学科交叉等方面发挥了重要作用。本文就科学基金申报过程、过程管理、经费管理、档案管理等几个方面的管理经验加以总结。
The basic and application studies in our school have been well supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China( NSFC) over the years,which played a very important role in many aspects,such as encouraging original innovations,yielding achievements,cultivating talents and promoting interdisciplinary studies. In this paper,we summarized the management experiences of several aspects of scientific funds,such as application process,process management,fund management,archives management,and so on.
