地质类高校科技人才评价体系研究

A research on the evaluation system of science and technology talents in geological universities

科技人才评价首先要尊重科技人才,遵循科技人才成长的规律,给予青年科技人才更多的引导和支持,科技评价必须紧扣行业专业特点,实施分类评价。通过研究,建议建立起着力考察科技人才科学素养、创新能力、学术影响力和社会贡献力的评价指标体系,建立起定量和定性评价想结合、自评和他评相结合的评价机制,结合评价结果给予科技人才进行分类分层引导和支持。

For evaluation of science and technology talents,we should first respect talents,follow the law for growth of talents,and provide more guidance and support to young science and technology personnel. Furthermore,evaluation of science and technology talents must be closely linked to the professional characteristics of the industry and carry out classified evaluation. Through the study,it is suggested to establish an evaluation index system for evaluation of scientific literacy,innovation ability,academic influence and social contribution of the talents,as well as for quantitative and qualitative evaluation,and self-evaluation and peer evaluation,thus providing classified and hierarchical guidance and support for science and technology talents.
