A research on the innovation performance evaluation of Xiong'an Civil-Military Integration Innovation Research Institute

雄安军民融合创新研究院引领了全国科研机构的发展方向,明确了军民融合创新的发展方式和途径,因此,对雄安军民融合创新研究院进行创新绩效评价,是顺应科研机构发展趋势的选择。本文在遵循创新绩效评价的基本原则的基础上,对创新研究院进行了各级绩效指标的设计,并通过专家讨论赋予了权重,对今后发展任务进行了规划,并对研究院创新能力和服务经济社会能力等方面进行了评价,以期从理论上对创新研究院的发展轨迹提供相应的参考。

Xiong'an Civil-Military Integration Innovation Research Institute has led the development of China's national research institutions,and determined the development mode and approach of civil-military integration innovation,so an evaluation of the innovation performance of Xiong'an Civil-Military Integration Innovation Research Institute is a choice which follows the development trend of scientific research institutions. Following the basic principles of innovation performance evaluation,this paper designs the performance indicators of innovation research institutes at all levels,and gives the weight to such indicators through expert discussions. Then it plans the tasks for future development,and evaluates the innovation ability of the research institutes and their ability to serve the economy and society,expecting to provide corresponding reference for the development path of innovation research institutes theoretically.
