政策干预下的闭环供应链研究综述

Review of the closed-loop supply chain under intervention of policies

研究政策干预下闭环供应链系统的最优决策以及探讨何种政府作用机制对促进废旧品回收再利用更具有效性等问题具有非常重要的现实意义和理论价值。本文在分析国内外研究现状的基础上,通过对政策干涉下闭环供应链的诸多研究进行梳理,并从立法、奖励、惩罚、补贴与税收五方面对其进行分析总结,以鼓励研究者未来加强对政策方针、企业实践和热点新闻的关注,从而实现洞察研究动向和变化的目的。

It is practically significant and theoretically valuable to study the optimal decision of closed-loop supply chain under the intervention of government policies and discuss what kind of mechanism of government's role is more effective on promoting the recycling and reuse of junks. Basing on the status of domestic and overseas research,this article analyzes and summarizes this by collating the researches of closed-loop supply chain under the effects of government policies from the aspects of legislation,rewards,punishment,subsidy and revenue. The aim is to encourage researchers in the future to strengthen policy,enterprise practice and hot spot,so as to have an insight into the trends and changes of researches.
