摘要
某氧化铜矿石铜品位为3.99%,氧化率73.5%,铜主要以自由氧化铜的形式存在。采用优先浮硫化铜再浮氧化铜的原则流程回收铜,对硫化铜浮选尾矿开展氧化铜硫化浮选试验。以硫化钠为硫化剂,戊基黄药为捕收剂,2#油为起泡剂,进行1粗1精氧化铜矿硫化钠用量、强化硫化药剂、分段加药浮选试验和氧化铜浮选尾矿强磁选试验。结果表明,硫化钠用量为1 500 g/t,不采用强化硫化药剂,分两次加药、加药量比为3∶1时,磁场强度为1 240 k A/m时,浮选效果最佳。在该条件下进行全流程闭路试验,最终可获得铜位40.79%、回收率36.37%的氧化铜精矿1,铜品位17.62%、回收率16.40%的氧化铜精矿2和铜品位4.11%、回收率3.88%的磁选精矿。试验结果可为该氧化铜矿石铜回收工艺的确定提供技术参考。
There is 3.99% copper in a copper oxide ore,with oxidation rate of 73.5%,copper mainly exists in form of free copper oxide.Via the principle process of copper sulfide preferential flotation and then copper oxide flotation to recover the copper,sulfide flotation tests of copper oxide were conduc-ted on tailings of copper sulfide flotation.With sodium sulfide as vulcanizing agent,amyl xanthate as col-lector,2 #oil as frother,via one roughing-one cleaning flotation at conditions of sodium sulfide dosage, intense sulfide,piecewise dosing tests,and high intensity magnetic separation on flotation tailings of cop-per oxide.Results indicated that,with sodium sulphide dosage of 1 500 g/t,without intense sulfide rea-gents,dosing on two times at the dosage ratio of 3∶1,magnetic field intensity of 1 240 kA /m,optimum flotation index will obtained.Closed circuit test was conducted on the above condition,copper oxide con-centrate 1 with copper grade of 40.79% and recovery of 36.37%,copper oxide concentrate 2 with cop-per grade of 17.62% and recovery of 16.40%,and magnetic separation concentrate with copper grade of 4.11% and recovery of 3.88% were obtained.The test results can provide technical reference for the de-termination of copper oxide copper ore recovery processes.
