摘要
巴基斯坦某河滨重砂原采用螺旋溜槽—跳汰重选选别,无法实现其中重晶石与锆英石的有效分离。为有效开发利用该资源,对Ba O、Zr O2品位分别为13.31%、12.54%的重选精矿经强磁选作业除去钛铁矿物后进行重晶石与锆英石浮选分离试验。以水玻璃为抑制剂,阴离子型表面活性剂烷2#与脂肪酸类捕收剂油8#为重晶石组合捕收剂,脂肪酸类捕收剂油8#与胺类捕收剂F-102为锆英石组合捕收剂,在最佳药剂制度下,强磁尾矿经1粗2精1扫优先浮选重晶石—尾矿1粗2精1扫浮选锆英石,最终可获得产率22.51%,Ba O品位63.18%、回收率95.44%,含2.13%Zr O2的重晶石精矿和产率22.54%,Zr O2品位63.87%、回收率86.19%,含1.23%Ba O的锆英石精矿。试验结果可为该资源的高效利用提供技术参考。
It is hard to separate barite from zircon for a riverside heavy sand from Pakistan by the o-riginal spiral chute-jig gravity separation process.To high efficient develop and utilize the resources,flo-tation separation test was conducted after removing the ilmenite by high intensity magnetic separation op-eration on gravity concentrate with 13.31% BaO and 12.54% ZrO2 .With sodium silicate as inhibitor, anionic surfactant activator alkyl 2 #oil and fatty acid collector oil 8 #as barite combination collector,fatty acid collector oil 8 #and amine collector F-102 for zircon combination collector,under the optimum rea-gent system,high intensity magnetic separation tailing via one roughing-two cleaning-one scavenging bar-ite preferential flotation,tailings via one roughing-two cleaning-one scavenging zircon flotation,barite concentrate with yield rate of 22.51%,63.18% BaO and recovery of 95.44%,containing 2.13%ZrO2 ,zircon concentrate with yield rate of 22.54%,63.87% ZrO2 and recovery of 86.19%,containing 1.23% BaO was ultimately obtained.Experimental results can provide technical reference for high effi-cient use of resources.
