高应力冲击地压矿井煤巷锚网索支护技术

摘要 耿村煤矿煤层厚度大、矿井压力大、冲击倾向性高,导致裂隙由浅部向深部发展,破坏了围岩体的完整性及其承载能力,导致巷道原支护效果较差。为此,采用科学的动态信息设计法提出了新的设计方案,对间排距、锚杆(索)规格、锚杆预紧力、锚索张拉力、锚杆(索)锚固力及36U型棚棚距等支护参数进行了优化,并进行了现场矿压监测,取得了良好的支护效果,对于特厚煤层高应力巷道围岩控制有一定的参考价值。 Gengcun coal mine with the characteristics of large coal thickness,large mine pressure,high rock burst orientation,which lead to the development of fractures from shallow to the deep,so,the integrity of the surrounding rock and its carrying capacity are destroyed,and the poor effects of the original roadway supporting method is obtained. The new roadway supporting method is designed by adopting the scientific dynamic information design method,the supporting parameters such as row spacing,anchor rod( rope) specifications,anchor rod pre-tightening force,anchor rope tension force,anchor rod( rope) anchoring force,shed spacing of 36U-shaped shed are optimized,besides that,the mine pressure is monitored. The ideal supporting effect is obtained,it has some reference for the surrounding rock controlling of the roadway with high pressure of extra-thick coal seam.
