摘要
针对孟津煤矿松软突出煤层水力冲孔大型喷孔易导致瓦斯超限、严重制约消突进度等问题,结合原防喷装置的应用实践,对防喷腔体、煤水分离器进行了优化改进,加强管理和考核,形成了防喷孔预控系统。现场实践表明:防喷孔预控系统的应用杜绝了水力冲孔喷孔导致的回风流瓦斯超限问题,提高了工作效率,可供类似矿区参考。
At present,the problems of large-scale spray easily lead to gas gauge,seriously restricting the progress of eliminating outburst are existed in Mengjin coal mine while hydraulic punching in soft outburst coal seam. Based on the above problems,combined with the application results of the original anti-spray equipment,the anti-spray cavity and coal-water separator are optimized and improved,besides that,the management and assessment are strengthened,therefore,the anti-spray pre-control system is established. The practice results show that the problem of return air gas overrun caused by hydraulic punching spray is eliminated by the application of the anti-spray pre-control system,the working efficiency is improved,it can provide reference for the similar mining area.
