摘要
挑水河磷矿属缓倾斜中厚矿体,出矿系统中集中溜井位置对总运输费用有很大影响。通过分析矿石运输方式及特点,建立了与溜井位置相关的运输成本模型,借鉴物流配送中心选址问题研究成果,结合工程实际情况,采用微分法确定了最优溜井位置,能充分发挥各种运输方式优势,合理分配有轨运输与无轨运输距离,降低矿山运输成本。
Tiaoshuihe phosphorus mine is belongs to slowly inclined medium thick ore-body,the in-fluence of the concentrated draw shaft position of mining system to the total transportation cost is signifi-cant.The transportation cost model related to the draw shaft position is established by analyzing the ore transportation mode and characteristics.Based on the research results of the location of logistics distribu-tion center,combing with the actual engineering situations,the optimal draw shaft position is determined by adopting differential method to make full use of advantages of various transportation modes,conduct the reasonable distribution of the transportation distance of rail transport mode and trackless transport mode and reduce the mine transportation cost.
