摘要
为了保证入选矿石质量稳定,在利用三维建模软件表现矿体空间形态及品位分布的基础上,充分分析矿山采矿生产工艺,研发露天矿损失率、贫化率定量化预测软件,提供相对精确的配矿基础数据保障;深入分析配矿流程,建立诸多约束条件下的规划求解配矿数学模型,采用VB与Matlab混合编程,开发智能优化配矿软件,实现矿块正交组合、规划求解优化等功能,使配矿工作定量化、智能化。应用结果表明:配矿软件操作简便、功能实用,进一步稳定入选品位,同时最大限度地利用了境界内的低品位矿,提高矿石综合利用率,降本增效效果显著。
In order ensure the stable ore quality,the ore-body morphological characteristics and grade distribution characteristics are shown by adopting three-dimensional modeling software,based on this,the quantitative predicting software of loss rate and dilution rate of open-pit mine is developed by an-alyzing the mining production techniques to provide the relatively accurate ore matching basic data.The ore matching process is analyzed in depth,the programming solver ore matching mathematical model un-der a number of constraint conditions is established.The intelligent ore matching software is developed by using VB and Matlab language to realize the functions of ore block orthogonal combination and program-ming solver and optimization to promote the development of quantitative and intelligentize ore matching work.The application results of the software show that the ore matching software developed in this paper has the characteristics of simple operation and practical function,it can make stable ore grade and make full of the low grade ore inside of mining boundary.Besides that,it also help to improve the ore compre-hensive utilization rate.On the whole,the effects of cost decreasing and benefit increasing are good.
