摘要 眼前山铁矿东端帮作业区为该矿挂帮矿生产的主要作业区,针对掘进过程中出现的掘进布孔设计不合理、爆破效率低、掘进成本高等问题,对坚硬矿石巷道掘进技术进行了研究。分别通过矿石力学分析、可爆性分级、理论分析、工业试验,优化确定了眼前山铁矿坚硬矿石掘进布孔参数和爆破工艺技术参数。在实践过程中,通过加强掘进工序管理,有效改善了掘进爆破效果,提高了爆破作业效率,降低了作业成本,为该矿今后转入深井开采奠定了良好基础。 The east end assignments section is the main assignment section of hanging wall ore pro-duction of Yanqianshan iron mine,in view of the problems of unreasonable of the design of excavation holes,low blasting efficiency and high excavation cost existed in the roadway excavation process,the exca-vation technology of hard ores of Yanqianshan iron mine is studied.The excavation hole parameters and technical parameters of blasting technology of hard ores of Yanqianshan iron mine are determined by ore mechanics analysis,blastability classification,theoretical analysis and industrial tests.In the process of practice,the excavation process management is strengthened,the excavation blasting effects is improved, the blasting efficiency is lowered,the blasting cost is reduced,the research results can provide the basis for the deep mining of Yanqianshan iron mine in the future.
