摘要
针对某选煤厂翻车机作业特点,在分析翻车机产尘机理的基础上,结合除尘效率、除尘能耗和除尘系统运行的具体要求,对翻车机干雾抑尘系统的主要技术参数进行了设计,并分析了该系统的电气控制方案。实践效果表明:采用超声干雾抑尘技术方案治理该选煤厂翻车机作业所产生的粉尘污染合理可行。
In view of the operation characteristics of the car dumper in a coal washery,based on the analysis of the mechanisms of dust production in dumper,and combing with the specific requirements of the dust collection efficiency,energy consumption and dust removal system operation,the dry fog dust suppression system in car dumper of a coal washery is designed.The main technical parameters of the dry fog dust suppression system are designed in detail,besides that,the electrical control scheme of the dry fog dust suppression system is analyzed in depth.The practical results show that the dust pollution caused by the operation car dumper can be processed effectively by the ultrasonic dry fog dust suppression scheme proposed in this paper.
