摘要
采用正交试验对钨尾矿制备水泥混合材的工艺进行了设计,选择粉磨时间、TEA掺量、二甘醇掺量以及Na_2SiO_3掺量为考察因素,每因素4个水平的方法进行正交试验。正交试验结果和极差分析表明,各因素对胶砂试块后期抗压强度的影响大小为粉磨时间>TEA掺量>Na_2SiO_3掺量>二甘醇掺量。对胶砂试块进行XRD、FT-IR分析表明,激活后钨尾矿中的SiO_2与Ca(OH)_2发生反应,生成具有水硬性的水化硅酸钙,水化产物的28 d强度明显提高。
Using orthogonal experiment to design the process of tungsten tailing prepare cement ad-mixture.Four factors of grinding time,TEA dosage,diglycol dosage and Na2 SiO3 dosage on four levels orthogonal experiment were conducted.The results of orthogonal experiment and range analysis indicated that the influence degree of each factor on the compressive strength of mortar test block in order:grinding time >TEA content > Na2 SiO3 content > diglycol content.The mortar analyze test of XRD,FT-TR showed that SiO2 in the activated tungsten tailings reacted with Ca(OH)2 ,generating the hydraulicity calcium silicate hydrate,the compressive strength of 28 d hydration improved.
