整穿分爆技术在袁家村陡倾斜沉积变质型露天铁矿的应用

摘要 针对袁家村铁矿陡倾斜沉积变质型的资源特点,通过系统研究采剥带内矿岩地质体的赋存状态,揭示了袁家村铁矿各类型爆破块段贫化、损失的原因。基于Shot Plus5爆破设计模拟与高精度延期雷管的应用,分析了适用于陡倾斜中厚沉积变质铁矿的宽适应性整穿分爆技术,实践表明,该技术的实施切实改善了矿山贫化、损失指标,对于国内类似矿山有一定的借鉴价值。 According to the resources characteristics of the steep sedimentary metamorphic of Yuan-jiacun iron deposit,the essential reasons of the dilution and loss of blasting block segments of Yuanjiacun iron deposit by systematically analyzing the occurrence situations of the ore-bearing rock geological bodies in the stripping belts.The entire through sub-blasting technology that is suitable for the steep medium-thick sedimentary metamorphic iron deposit is analyzed in detail based on the simulation of ShotPlus5 blasting design and the application of high precision delay detonator.The application results show that the dilution and loss indicators of the iron deposit are improved effectively by adopting the entire through sub-blasting technology,it also has some reference for the similar mines in our country.
