基坑联合支护在某钢厂一次铁皮沉淀池与冲渣沟的应用

摘要 针对某钢厂一次铁皮沉淀池与冲渣沟基坑开挖深度大、地质条件较复杂的工程背景,在考虑对基坑邻近周边管桩进行保护的基础上,提出了喷锚网防护、深层搅拌桩止水帷幕、钻孔灌注桩和内支撑的联合支护方案。实践表明:该方案的实施可有效控制施工期间的基坑位移,保证深基坑施工与周围建筑物及地下管线的安全,降低工程成本,缩短工期,经济效益显著。 The excavation depths of the foundation ditch of the primary sedimentation tank and slag ditch of a steel mill are large,besides that,the geological conditions is complex,based on the above engi-neering background,based on conducting the protection of the adjacent surrounding tubular piles of the foundation ditch,the combined supporting scheme of shotcrete rockbolt mesh support,waterproof curtain of deep mixing pile,bored pile and inner support.The application results of the combined supporting scheme show that the foundation ditch displacement can be controlled effectively during the period of construc-tion,the successful construction of the deep foundation ditch and the safety of the adjacent surrounding buildings and underground pipeline are guaranteed,the engineering costs is reduced,and the construction period is shortened,therefore,the favorable economic benefits is obtained.
