无人值守水油相集中制备系统工艺设计 被引量:1

摘要 为减少某乳化制药厂乳化炸药生产线的在线操作人员数量,满足大产能生产线水油相材料的供应需求,将水油相材料制备系统与乳化制药工房进行分开建设,利用水油相材料一次复配、余料气动清扫工艺和信息化、自动化控制技术建成了无人值守水油相集中制备系统。在制药工房生产时,控制中心根据生产情况调节泵送水油相材料至制药工房的储罐中备用,既降低了生产劳动强度,又提高了生产效率和生产线的安全性。实践表明,该无人值守水油相集中制备系统工艺流畅,操作方便,效果良好。 In order to reduce the online operation personnel of emulsified explosive production line of a emulsification pharmaceutical factory,meet the large supply requirement of capacity production line of water and oil phase material,the construction of the water and oil phase materials preparation system and emulsified workshop is separated.The unattended water and oil phase concentrated preparation system is built based on the the water and oil phase materials of a compound,gas dynamic cleaning technique of re-maining materials and informatization and automation controlling technology.In the production of emulsi-fied workshop,the water and oil phase materials can be transported to tank by pumping based on the pro-duction situations,so,it not only reduces the labor intensity of production,and improves the production ef-ficiency and the safety of production line.The application results show that the unattended water and oil phase concentrated preparation system with the characteristics of process smoother and easy operation,the application effect is good.
