摘要
超高台阶排土场散体物料具有典型的空间分级特征,其堆体的强度特性及稳定性主要受堆积物料块度空间分布特性的控制。因此,考察超高阶排土场堆积散体块度分布规律,研究其堆体物理力学性质,分析其发生失稳破坏的模式,是确定排土场稳定性的基础。紫金山北口排土场总高520 m,属典型的超高台阶排土场,在现场测定并分析其散体物料块度分布规律的基础上,制定了堆积散体物理力学性质测试实验粒度的级配方案,探究了排土场堆积体强度特征与散体物料块度组成的直接关系,揭示其内部演化规律,为该排土场制定合理的排土规划设计提供指导。
Typical spatial grading is the most apparent characteristic of the particle size of the bulk material in the ultra-high-bench dumping-site,its strength characteristics and stability are mainly controlled by the spatial distribution characteristics of the bulky blocks. So,analyzing the distribution regularity of the bulky rock in the ultra-high-bench dumping-site,and its mechanical characteristics and buckling failure mode are the determining the dumping-site Stability. The height of Zijin north dumping-site is 520 m,it belongs to the typical dumping-site with high steps. Based on the field test of the bulky material distribution of the north Dumping-site,the particle size ingredient of bulky material has been drawn up for the mechanical characteristics test. The relationship between the dumping-site strength parameters and the bulky material ingredient is thoroughly analyzed and the mechanical characteristics of the Zijin north dumping-site is determined. The study results of the paper can provide the guidelines for the development of the reasonable project plans of the dumping-site.
