摘要
通过增加管路预混器,调整配方中硝酸钠及其水分含量、油水相温度工艺参数,采用一体化复合油相材料等措施,经工程爆破试验验证,炸药单耗和爆破成本均有不同程度的降低,且提高了JWL-Ⅲ型高温敏化乳化炸药威力。
In order to improving the power of JWL-type III high temperature sensitive emulsion explosive,the flowing measures are adopted,they are adding pipeline premixer,adjusting the content of sodium nitrate and water of the formula,adjusting the technical parameters of oil-water phase temperature,using integration of complex oil phase material. The engineering blasting results show that the power of JWL-type III high temperature sensitive emulsion explosive is improved effectively,the explosive consumption and blasting cost are reduced.
