摘要
为了弄清楚旋流器和高频细筛串联进行分级工艺中,旋流器和细筛各自起到的作用和分级效率如何分配才能达到整体分级效率最优的效果,通过建立数质量模型、计算和公式推导,得出了整体分级效率与各自效率的计算公式,并在研山铁矿三系列流程调试中进行了验证。通过公式明确了各部分金属量的关系,对设备选型计算和设计具有一定的帮助作用。
To find out the function of cyclone and fine sieve respectively in cyclone and fine sieve in series to screening process and how to distribute classification efficiency in order to reach whole optimum classification efficiency,by establish several quality model,through the calculation and formula derivation,the overall classification efficiency and their respective efficiency calculation formula were obtained,the formula was verified in three series process debugging of Yanshan Iron Mine. Relationship among each part of metal amount was unequivocal by formula,results has a certain help in equipment type selection calculation and design.
