白云鄂博氧化矿尾矿综合回收铁正浮药剂优化研究

摘要 针对白云鄂博氧化矿尾矿综合回收流程中铁正浮工艺中抑制剂氟硅酸铵用量偏大的问题,对其进行了药剂优化试验。通过向氟硅酸铵中添加一定质量比例的XL,最终确定m(XL)∶m(氟硅酸铵)=1∶5进行配比作为抑制剂代替单独使用氟硅酸铵,可得到精矿全铁品位为67.25%,铁回收率为28.60%,尾矿全铁品位为19.15%的满意指标。该药剂配比条件下,氟硅酸铵用量可减少1 500 g/t,大大节省了生产药剂费用。 Medicament optimization test was conducted,aiming at problems high dosage of depressor ammonium fluosilicate in comprehensive recovery iron from Baiyun Obo oxidation ore tailings by direct flotation. By adding XL in quality percentage to ammonium fluosilicate,ultimately determine using m( XL) ∶ m( ammonium fluosilicate) = 1∶ 5 matching as depressor instead of single use ammonium fluosilicate,concentrate obtained with iron grade of 67. 25%,iron recovery of 28. 60%,the iron grade of tailings is 19. 15%,separation index is satisfaction. With the medicament proportion,ammonium fluosilicate dosage can be reduced by 1 500 g / t,greatly saves production cost in medicament.
