Existing Problems and Countermeasure of Non-coal Mine Safety Management

通过对非煤矿山安全生产督导检查查出问题和隐患的剖析,从企业层面、政府监管层面和安全中介机构层面出发,查找分析了我国非煤矿山安全管理工作中存在的主要问题,基于管理角度提出了解决问题的对策与建议,以期促进非煤矿山安全管理水平的整体提升。

Via analyzing the problems and wooden horses identified in non-coal mine safety production supervising and inspecting,the existing problems of our country non-coal mine safety management were searched and analyzed at enterprise, government regulation, safety intermediary organ approaches.Countermeasure and suggestion for solving the problems based on management view, hoping to accelerate integral elevation of non-coal mine safety management level.
