摘要
针对贵州某卡林型金矿原矿含金较低,金主要以超显微状态分布在硫化物、硅酸盐矿物和碳酸盐矿物中,金及其载体矿物嵌布粒度微细等问题,进行了工艺矿物学研究和试验室优化试验研究。试验最终得到了含金20.77 g/t、金回收率为59.99%的精矿1和含金6.73 g/t、金回收率为30.19%的精矿2,金总回收率达90.18%,尾矿金品位降至0.57 g/t的闭路试验结果;与现场选矿工艺制度相比,不仅减少了药剂生产成本,同时提高了金回收率,增加了经济效益,为卡林型难选低品位金矿的浮选提供了借鉴。
Aiming at the problems of a carlin gold ore in Guizhou province with lower gold grade,Gold distribution mainly in ultramicroscopic state in sulfide,silicate minerals and carbonate mineral,gold and its carrier minerals with fine disseminated grain,process mineralogy and optimization experiment in laboratory were researched.Finally, closed circuit test got concentrate 1 with gold grade of 20.77 g/t,gold recovery rate of 59.99% and concentrate 2 with gold grade of 6.73 g/t,gold recovery rate of 30.19%.Gold total yield rate reached 90.18%,gold grade of tailings reduced to 0.57 g/t.Compared with the spot mineral processing process system,It not only reduced the production cost of reagent,but also improved gold recovery rate and increased the economic benefit,which could provide references for the flotation of carlin refractory low grade gold ore.
