摘要 火灾管理是煤矿安全工作的重点之一。为提高煤矿火灾预防的效率,减少灾害损失,准确、科学的煤矿火灾安全评价是基础和关键所在。以层次分析法为理论依据,建立了火灾安全评价体系,该体系由4个方面,12个指标组成。对评价体系进行了定量计算,得出了各个指标的权重值。在此基础上,建立了综合的煤矿火灾安全评价方法,并进行了实践。为了解决实践中发现的计算量大、效率低等问题,开发了相应的评价软件,为科学合理的火灾安全评价提供了理论指导。 Fire management is one of the key points in coal mine safety work. In order to improve the efficiency of coal mine fire prevention and reduce disaster losses, accurate and scientific coal mine fire safety assessment is the foundation and key. Based on the analytic hierarchy process, a fire safety evaluation system was established. The system consists of four aspects and 12 indicators. The evaluation system was quantitatively calculated, and the weight values of each indicator were obtained. On this basis, a comprehensive coal mine fire safety assessment method was established and practiced. In order to solve the problems of large calculation and low efficiency found in practice, the corresponding evaluation software was developed to provide theoretical guidance for scientific and reasonable fire safety evaluation.
