功率单向传输的多绕组共铁芯磁集成高频隔离变换器 被引量:3

摘要 针对三相高频隔离中高压变频器如何高效率、高功率密度地实现高频隔离DC-DC变换环节,讨论了一种多绕组共铁芯磁集成高频隔离功率单向传输的DC-DC变换器拓扑。该变换器由多绕组共铁芯磁集成变压器、多个全控H桥逆变器和二极管桥整流器构成,可实现负载不平衡时输出直流电压稳定平衡。在分析该变换器的拓扑结构及其功率特性的基础上给出了更加简单的控制策略。仿真和实验结果验证了所给拓扑和控制策略的正确性。 Aiming at high efficiency and high power density in three phase isolated medium/high voltage converters,a three-phase common-core magnetic integrated high-frequency isolated power unidirectional transmission of DC-DC converter topology is discussed. The converter is composed with the common core magnetic integrated transformer,the full control H bridge inverter and the diode rectifier bridge. It can realize the stable balance of the output voltage when the load is unbalanced. This paper analyzes the topology of the converter,and then analyzes the power characteristics of the topology,and obtains a simpler control strategy. The correctness of the proposed topology and control strategy is verified by simulation and experiment.
