摘要
过分相时的过电压、过电流以及负序电流注入问题,是高速、重载电气化铁路存在的重要问题,严重制约着铁路的可靠运行和电力系统的安全稳定。本文提出一种应用于复线牵引网的电气化铁路不断电过分相与电能质量补偿方案,对该方案的系统构成、运行原理、控制策略进行了研究。按照每个方向是否有机车过分相进行组合设计了典型工况,并利用PSCAD软件对典型工况下方案的补偿效果进行了仿真。结果表明,所提出的方案能够使两个方向的机车同时不断电过分相,或者一个方向机车不断电过分相的同时整个牵引变电站的电能质量最优。
Overvoltage and overcurrent problems during passing phase-separation and negative sequence current penetration problem are the critical problems in high speed,heavy duty electrified railways,which greatly constrants the safe operation of railway and safety and stability of power system. A novel uninterruptible phase-separation passing and power quality compensation scheme for double-line traction network is proposed in this paper. System configuration,working principle and control strategies are studied. Typical operating modes are designed with the composition of the condition that whether there is locomotive passing neutral section and simulations under various operation modes are carried out in PSCAD. Results show that the proposed scheme can help locomotives from two elirections passing phase-separation without loss of power simultaneously one locomotive passing neutral section to ensure optimal power quality.
