基于响应面法的长焰煤浮选工艺模型及因子作用分析 被引量:12

摘要 本研究采用絮团浮选方法对神东长焰煤进行物理化学脱灰制备超净煤。基于Box Behnken Design(BBD)响应面法设计试验方案,主要考察煤油用量(A)、仲辛醇用量(B)和机械搅拌速度(C)对精煤灰分和精煤产率的影响。结果表明,各因子及其交互作用对精煤灰分影响的显著性顺序为:C>B>A,AB>AC>BC;对精煤产率影响的显著性顺序为:B>A>C,AC>BC>AB。最佳浮选工艺条件为煤油用量1. 55 m L、仲辛醇用量335μL和机械搅拌速度3 690 r/min,此时精煤灰分1. 72%、产率45. 03%。 In this study,the physicochemical cleaning of Shendong long flame coal was investigated by flocculation flotation to produce ultra clean coal.Flotation experiments were designed with Box Behnken Design which is a response surface method.The separate action and interaction effects of kerosene dosage(A),secondary octanol dosage(B),and agitation speed(C)on ash content and yield of the concentrate were evaluated in the flotation experiments.The results showed that the significance of influencing factors on ash content followed the order:C>B>A,AB>AC>BC,the significance of influencing factors on yield followed the order:B>A>C,AC>BC>AB.The optimal conditions were kerosene dosage of1.55 m L,secondary octanol dosage of 335μL and agitation speed of 3 690 r/min with 1.72%ash content and 45.03%yield respectively in the concentrate.
