铜陵海螺5000t?d生产线的结构设计中,经多方案比较、设计优化及新技术应用,既满足工艺设备要求,又确保了结构安全可靠,且使投资大为降低。其中直径110m圆形预均化堆场顶盖采用空间网壳结构,这在业内属首例;把新近发展起来的钢筋砼组合楼板技术应用于生料均化库顶,缩短了工期;窑尾塔架采用钢管砼柱方案,使钢管与砼的性能得到互补;实践证明,这些新理念和新技术的应用,取得了显著的社会效益和经济效益。

The structure design of Tongling Conch5000t*/d clinker line has proved safety,reliable and cost reduced and at the same time satisfied the process equipment requirement through schemes selection and optimization and by adopting new technology.It is the first case in this trade that spatial gridding structure was used as cover of110m circular homoge-nization silo with newly developed technology of reinforced concrete composite board which shortened the construction peried.Steel tube concrete structure was chosen for preheater tower.The steel tube and the concrete will be inter-compensated in their performance.Obvious society and economical benefits are seen in the practice because of application of new ideas and technology.
