摘要
根据企业核心能力理论 ,针对投资银行的特点 ,探讨了投资银行核心竞争力的评价原则与指标体系 。
Investment bank is a new thing in China and there are many restricting factors, so its market competition is weak.According the famous theory of enterprise's core competence and combining the characteristics of investment bank, this paper discusses the rule of evaluation and the system of index. Then it gives the strategic choose about how to improve and develop our investment bank on the aspect of core competence.
