随着信息技术的发展,e-Science在土壤科学方面的应用面临着对多学科、多变量和多站点的日益增多的数据集成的挑战。数据管理者需减少来自不同研究团队在格式、精度、尺度、语义和质量保证/控制等方面的数据差异。真正意义上为e-Science服务的数据整合是生成相容、基本一致、质量可靠的科学数据资源。本丈就土壤科学研究热点与数据库建设内容,以及数据整合所面临的问题进行了分析,最后提出了解决方案。

With the development of information technology,the e-Science for soil is facing the challenge of data integration increasing quantities of multidisciplinary,multivariate,and multi-site data.Data manager should reduce the data differences from different research team in terms of format,precision,scale,semantics,and QA/QC.Data integration for e-Science in a real sense herein refers to the entire process of creating a consistent,coherent,and usable scientific resource.This paper introduces the research hotspot for soil science and related requirement analysis of construction of soil database,then analyzes the problems in data integration,and finally proposed the solution.
