高性能计算促进多学科优化设计发展

Promoting Development of Multidisciplinary Design Optimization with High Performance Computing

摘要 由于计算机计算速度的持续提升,当前工业产品研发过程中的大部分实验被计算模拟所取代,本文以飞机空气动力学设计、汽车安全性设计以及大型土木工程为例,说明计算模拟在工业工程中已发挥巨大作用,工业产品设计中比较单一的模拟或简化计算已转变为整机系统模拟和多学科优化设计。本文介绍了上海超级计算中心在大飞机和核电工程方面的典型应用,最后分析了工业产品多学科优化设计所面临的新挑战。 With the ever-increasing speed calculating of computer,most of the real experiments in current industrial product design have been replaced by computer simulation.The simulation has played a critical role in industrial engineering.As examples,some applications such as the aircraft aerodynamic design,automobile safety design,as well as large-scale civil engineering are illustrated in the paper.The traditional simplif ied simulation has been replaced by full system simulation and multidisciplinary design optimization.Typical applications such as aircraft and nuclear power engineering simulations,supported by the high performance computing capability of Shanghai Supercomputer Center,are introduced.New challenges in multidisciplinary design optimization for industrial products design are discussed in the paper.
