Architecture and Practice for Global Economic Monitoring and Early Warning Platform Based on Massive Data

为实现及时而全面的全球经济监测预警,本文设计了基于海量数据的全球经济监测预警平台,并实现了其原型系统。基于包含海量信息的庞大数据库,和包含大量的监测预警模型的模型库,平台建设了全球经济监测、预测、预警和政策模拟四个主要模块,实现了监测、预警、预测和政策模拟的完整流程支持,并且设计了丰富的展示层展示分析结果。基于云计算理念,平台开发了开放的数据服务、计算服务和存储与展示服务,实现了经济监测预警从数据收集、数据处理到信息发布的网络化。

A global economic monitoring and early warning platform based on massive data is proposed in this paper, of which the prototype is developed. Four modules, global economic monitoring, early warning, forecasting and policy simulation, are built in this platform. A database with massive data is constructed, also a model base with lots of monitoring, early warning, and forecasting models. A presentation layer is designed for visualization of computation results. Based on cloud computing architecture, open internet services including data collecting service, multi-site computing service, multi- site store and presentation service are provided.
