某低品位富银铅锌矿选矿试验研究 被引量:16

Processing Experimental Study on a Low Grade Silver-bearing Lead-Zinc Ore

摘要 针对某富银铅锌矿选矿生产中长期使用氰化钠分离铅锌矿物的现状,采用高效无毒选矿药剂替换氰化钠的药剂制度和优先浮选的工艺流程。与原有氰工艺的生产指标相比,实验室试验指标铅精矿的铅回收率提高5.16%、银品位和回收率分别提高407.28g/t和12.18%,锌精矿中锌回收率也获得了提高。工业应用表明,在原矿铅锌品位降低的条件下,铅精矿中铅回收率得到小幅度提高、银品位和回收率分别提高283.15g/t和7.2%,锌精矿中锌回收率提高0.9%、银品位提高283.15g/t。实现了改有氰药剂为无氰药剂浮选分离铅锌矿的目标。 In view of the long-term usage of sodium cyanide to separate Lead-Zinc minerals in processing production of a Silver-bearing Lead-Zinc ore,a reagent system which used efficient non-toxic mineral dressing reagent to replace sodium cyanide reagent and selective flotation were proposed.Compared with previous production index,the recovery rate of Lead in Lead concentrate increased by 5.16%,the grade and recovery rate of Silver in Lead concentrate increased by407.28g/t and 12.18%respectively,and the recovery rate of Zinc in Zinc concentrate improved as well.Industrial tests indicated that in the lower Lead and Zinc grade conditions,the recovery rate of Lead in Zinc concentrate raised,the grade and recovery rate of Silver in Zinc concentrate increased by 283.15g/t and 7.2%,the recovery rate of Zinc in Zinc concentrate enhanced by 0.9%,and the grade of Silver increased by 283.15g/t.Good results were acheived by replacing sodium cyanide to the efficient non-toxic reagent in Lead-Zinc separation.
