摘要
在流变试验的基础上,以废石和戈壁集料为粗骨料制备成膏体,并分别建立屈服应力与质量浓度、灰砂比、尾废比(尾砂/戈壁集料)、泵送剂添加量之间的模型,研究两种不同膏体的流变性能,并进行比较。试验结果表明:各个因素对流变性能的影响不同;在其他试验材料相同的基础上,当各配合比取相对较小值时,以废石为粗骨料的膏体其屈服应力较大,各配合比取相对较大值时,恰好相反。经分析,当粗骨料形状占主导作用时,以戈壁集料为粗骨料的膏体其流变性能更好,当粗骨料粒径和级配占主导作用时,以废石为粗骨料的膏体其流变性能更好。
On the basis of the rheological tests,waste rocks and gobi aggregate were respectively taken as coarse aggregate to prepare paste,then models between the yield stress with mass concentration,cement-sand ratio,tailing-waste rock ratio(tailing-aggregate ratio)and the addition of pumping aid were established to study and compare rheological properties of two pastes.Tests results showed that each factor had different influences on the rheological properties.Under the same test materials,when the mixture ratio was relatively small,the yield stress of the waste rock paste was larger than the gobi aggregate paste's;and there was a different result when the mixture ratio was relatively great.Through analysis,it was found that when the shape of coarse aggregate played the leading role,the rheological property of gobi aggregate paste was better;but when the particle size and gradation of coarse aggregate was dominant,the rheological property of the waste rock paste was preferable.
