摘要
研究了在相同流动度条件下,不同高效减水剂的种类和掺量对铁尾矿高强结构材料力学性能的影响。试验结果表明:PC型减水剂对铁尾矿高强结构材料的强度提高幅度最大,FDN次之,UNF-5最小。在相同流动度的条件下,当PC型高效减水剂掺量为0.4%时,高强结构材料28d的抗折强度和抗压强度分别可以达到17.8 MPa和87.1MPa。在浆体硬化过程中,PC型减水剂不仅起到吸附分散作用,还能发挥空间位阻作用,能进一步提高铁尾矿高强结构材料的强度。
The effects of different types and dosage of superplasticizers on the strength of structural material were investigated under the same fluidity conditions. Test results showed that,the strength of high strength structural material was improved best with PC superplasticizer,FDN followed,and UNF-5lowest.When the admixture of PC superplasticizer was 0.4%,under the same fluidity conditions,the compressive strength and flexural strength of structural material can respectively reach 17.8 MPa and 87.1 MPa in28 days.In the process of the hardening,the PC superplasticizer had not only adsorption and dispersant effect,but also steric hindrance effect,which further increased the strength of high strength structural material with iron ore tailings.
