摘要
介绍了一种用于迈步式扩孔刀头的水液动力转换装置的结构、原理和特点。该装置可在不通电、不通液压管路的井下破岩工作面的恶劣工况下,利用扩孔所需的冷却、灭尘水,为迈步式扩孔刀头提供一种清洁的液压动力控制源,以满足其实现自动迈步程序控制的要求。
In this paper,the structure,principle and characteristics of a kind of water fluid power conversion device for sequential reaming cutter were introduced.Under rugged conditions of underground breaking rock working face without electricity and hydraulic pipes,the device could provide a clean hydraulic power source for sequential reaming cutter,by using the water for cooling and dust suppression which was necessary in reaming,so as to meet the sequential requirements for automatically programmed control.
