摘要
老挝地区固体钾镁盐矿床开采存在回采与充填在时间和空间上不匹配的问题,严重制约着矿井生产能力。根据老挝赛塔尼矿区通芒段的地质条件,对连续采煤机配套连续运输系统条件下充填开采工艺进行了研究。通过优化开采工艺,实现了开采与充填平行作业,工作面生产能力由1500t/d,提高至3000t/d,采场资源回收率达到90%以上。连续采煤机短壁充填开采技术为老挝钾镁盐矿床安全、高效、绿色开采提供了有效途径。
There is a mismatch between recovery and backfill in time and space in the mining process of solid potassium and magnesium salt deposits in Laos,which seriously restricts the mine production.According to the geological conditions of the Tongmanang section of the Xetani mining field in Laos,the filling and mining technology was studied under the condition of continuous miner and continuous transportation system.Through optimizing the mining technology,the parallel operation of mining and filling was realized,the production capacity of working face increased from 1500 t/d to 3000 t/d,and the resource recovery of stope reached over 90%.The short-wall filling and mining technology of continuous miner provided an effective way for safe,efficient and green exploitation of potassium and magnesium salt deposit in Laos.
