Research and Engineering Practice of Safety Recovery for Residual Pillars

摘要 在维持矿柱采场稳定的前提下提高其回采率,是残留矿柱安全开采亟待解决的问题。以天马山黄金矿Ⅱ号矿体5#矿柱上向分层充填法开采为例,通过多种理论方法计算并得出了2m厚的护壁可以保证自身稳定,验证了2 m厚的护壁抗倾覆的安全系数在1.5左右。然后,结合矿山实际的采矿方案,利用Phase2软件模拟并分析了5#矿柱的回采过程,除了上下盘区域可能会出现深度小于1.3m的局部垮落外,采场和护壁整体上均处于稳定状态,矿柱回采结束后对地表选厂未造成任何影响。 How to improve the recovery rate while maintaining the stability of pillar stope is an urgent problem need to be solved in the process of safety recovery for residual pillars.Taking the No.5 pillar ofⅡ ore body mined by upward cut-fill mining method in Tianmashan Gold Mine as an example,a variety of theoretical methods were used for calculation.It was concluded that 2 mthick retaining wall could ensure its own stability,so as to verify that its safety factor of anti-overturning was about 1.5.Then,combined with the actual mining scheme,the Phase 2 software was used to simulate and analyze the mining process of the No.5 pillar.Except for the local collapse of the upper and lower wall with depth less than 1.3 m,the stope and the retaining wall were all in stable status,there was no effect on surface dressing plant after the pillar stoping.
