摘要
老挝爬奔金矿采用环保药剂浸金工艺生产实践表明,在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm占90(±2)%,石灰用量为800(±100)g/t,环保药剂用量为420(±20)g/t条件下,最终金浸出率可保持在92%~95%左右,尾渣浸出毒性氰化物浓度符合国家标准GB5085.3-2007要求,采用尾矿干堆、回水循环利用后,尾矿库下游水体中氰化物、pH值、COD和悬浮物均符合国家污水综合排放标准GB8978-1996要求,相对采用氰化浸金工艺每年可节约生产成本559.00万元。
The production practice of gold leaching with environmental friendly agent in Phatem gold mine of Laos showed that,under the condition of grinding fineness of-0.074 mm accounting for 90(±2)%,lime dosage of 800(±100)g/t,leaching agent dosage of 420(±20)g/t,the final gold leaching rate could be kept in 92% to 95%,the concentration of toxic cyanide leached from tailings met the requirements of national standard GB5085.3-2007.After using dry-tailing stacking and recycling water utilization,the content of cyanide,pH value,COD and content of suspended substance in the downstream water of tailings reservoir were all in accordance with the national sewage comprehensive discharge standard GB8978-1996,and the production cost could be reduced by 5.59 million yuan each year.
