平行矿脉多中段开采复杂矿井通风系统的优化 被引量:10

Optimization of Ventilation System in a Complex Mine with Parallel Veins and Multi-middle Mining

摘要 为了解决某金矿平行矿脉多中段开采面临的矿井通风风量分配不合理、有效风量率低、井下作业环境差等问题,提出了2种矿井通风优化方案。采用3D通风网络解算软件对提出的两种优化方案进行了解算,结果表明,两方案均可满足矿井总风量及各通风单元风量分配的需求。通过技术经济比较分析,确定采用830m中段5~0号脉北回风联络巷方案,该方案可以有效解决该矿井风机效率低、风量分配不合理等问题,保证矿山正常生产。 A gold mine with parallel veins and multi-middle mining faces some ventilation problems,such as unreasonable distribution of air volume,low effective air volume rate and poor underground working environment.In order to solve these problems,two optimization schemes of mine ventilation were put forward.Then,two optimization schemes were solved by 3 Dventilation network calculation software.The results showed that both two schemes could meet the needs of total mine air volume and air distribution of each ventilation unit.Through the comparative analysis of technology and economy,the scheme of the north return air connection in No.5~No.0 veins at the middle of 830 m was selected.The scheme could effectively solve the problems of low efficiency of fan and unreasonable air distribution in this mine,and ensure the normal production of the mine.
