焙烧法制备铁酸锌及氧化铝杂质的影响规律研究

摘要 以纯ZnO、Fe_2O_3和Al_2O_3为原料模拟铁帽成分,采用焙烧法制备铁酸锌。研究了原料配比、活化时间、焙烧温度、焙烧时间等因素对铁酸锌的生成和Al_2O_3杂质的影响。结果表明,在不同原料摩尔比下,Al_2O_3会优先与ZnO结合生成锌尖晶石,当混合物中的Al_2O_3完全反应后,才能生成铁酸锌。机械活化时间在60 min和焙烧时间为120 min时,生成的铁酸锌量最大。焙烧温度是影响铁酸锌生成的主要因素,在750℃的焙烧条件下,反应生成的铁酸锌量最多,Al_2O_3对铁酸锌的生成影响最小。 Zinc ferrite was prepared by roasting,with pure ZnO,Fe2O3 and Al2O3 as raw materials to simulate the composition of iron cap.The effects of raw material ratio,activation time,roasting temperature and roasting time on the formation of zinc ferrite and Al2O3 impurities were studied.The results showed that at different molar ratios of raw materials,Al2O3 would combine with ZnO preferentially to produce zinc spinel.When Al2O3 in the mixture reacted completely,zinc ferrite could be produced.When the mechanical activation time was 60 min and the roasting time was 120 min,the amount of zinc ferrite was the maximum.Roasting temperature was the main factor affecting the production of zinc ferrite.The amount of zinc ferrite produced by reaction was the maximun under the condition of roasting temperature at 750℃,and Al2O3 had the least effect on the formation of zinc ferrite.
