基于CFD-DEM的立式离心分选参数匹配与实验研究

摘要 为分析立式离心选矿机的工艺参数的匹配对选矿效果的影响,在建立离心选矿机分选锥三维模型的基础上,以精矿回收率和品位为评价指标,利用CFD-DEM耦合法分析了不同工艺参数对离心分选效果的影响。结果表明:选矿效果最佳时工艺参数的值分别为:反冲水压力为0.03 MPa,给矿流量为0.68m^3/h,转动频率为60Hz,给矿浓度为20%。通过仿真与实验对比分析验证了结果的正确性和CFDDEM耦合法应用在离心分选过程数值模拟的可行性。 In order to analyze the influence of technological parameters matching of vertical centrifugal concentrator on separation effect,a three-dimensional model of separation cone of centrifugal concentrator was established.On this basis,the influence of different technological parameters on centrifugal separation effect was analyzed by CFD-DEM coupling method,taking recovery and grade of concentrate as evaluation indexes.The results showed that the optimal beneficiation effect could be obtained when the values of technological parameters were as follows,backwash water pressure of 0.03 MPa,feed flow of 0.68 m^3/h,rotation frequency of 60 Hz,and feed concentration of 20%.Finally,the validity of the results and the feasibility of CFDDEM coupling method in numerical simulation of centrifugal separation process were verified by comparison between simulation and experiment.
