世界铀资源供需形势与中国核电的应对策略

Supply and Demand Situation of Uranium Resources in the World and Countermeasures for China′s Nuclear Power Development

核电在我国能源结构中将扮演越来越重要的角色,而铀资源是发展核电的关键因素。在经济全球化背景下,我国核电发展对铀资源的需求保障情况,必然要受到世界铀资源供需总体格局的影响。基于此,分析了世界核电发展需求与铀资源供应的现状与未来趋势,进而揭示了我国铀资源供需面临的形势和特点。研究认为,我国核电持续发展的关键因素在于铀资源的稳定、持续、多元供给,因此,中长期我国铀资源的保障策略在于构建"国内生产、海外开发、国际贸易"多策并举的全球铀资源配置体系。

Nuclear power would play an increasingly important role in China′s energy structure,and uranium resources are the key factors for nuclear power development.Under the background of economic globalization,the demand of nuclear resources for nuclear power development in China is bound to be affected by the overall pattern of supply and demand of worldwide uranium resources.On this Basis,the current situation and future trend of the world nuclear power development demand and uranium supply was analyzed,and then the situation and characteristics of the supply and demand of uranium resources in China were revealed.The research held that the key factor for the sustainable development of China′s nuclear power was the stable,continuous and multiple supply of uranium resources.Therefore,the guarantee strategy of China′s uranium resources in the middle and long term was to build a global uranium resource allocation system that combined domestic production,overseas development and international trade.
