充填采矿法转崩落采矿法的上覆充填体处理技术 被引量:4

Overlying Filling body Treatment Technology During the Transition from Filling Method to Caving Method

摘要 针对金川公司下向进路胶结充填采矿法不适应低品位矿体开采的难题,提出大面积充填体下的崩落采矿方案,选用3DEC数值模拟软件进行建模计算和结果分析,得出不留护顶矿时充填体更容易冒落形成覆盖层,覆盖层高度为分层高度的2倍以上;留设顶柱延缓了上覆充填体的崩落,但不利于覆盖层的形成,故不留护顶矿更适合龙首矿西采二区崩落法采矿覆盖层的形成。研究成果可为同类矿山开采提供借鉴。 Aiming at the problem that the downward drift cemented filling method of Jinchuan company was not suitable for lowgrade ore body mining,the caving mining technology under large-area filling body was put forward.Through Modeling calculation and result analysis by 3DEC numerical simulation software,it was concluded that the filling body without roof ore was easier to cave to form overburden layer and its height was over 2 times higher than slice height.Moreover,the setting of roof pillars delayed the caving of overlying filling body,but was not conducive to the formation of overburden layer.Therefore,the filling body without roof ore was more suitable for the formation of overburden layer with the caving method of No.2 western mining area of Longshou Coal Mine.The research results provided a reference for similar mines.
