摘要
针对富钴结壳规模取样器的强电动力传输系统中大功率高压电机的远距离启动方式以及运行短路故障问题,使用MATLAB/SIMULINK建立高压电机的远距离启动方式仿真模型,研究比较了软启和直启的特性。根据仿真结果,直接启动峰值电流高达130A,启动电流较大;采用软启动模式启动高压水下电机峰值电流为56A,约为电机额定电流的2~3倍;软启动中由于晶闸管调压输出的电压较正弦波有较大的畸变,导致谐波增加发生电流振荡。通过仿真结果,采用软启动方式远程启动高压电机是可行的,该方法启动较平缓,有效地降低了启动电流、避免了对船舶动力电及电机的影响。
Aiming at the long-distance starting mode and short-circuit operation problem of high-voltage and powerful motor in the high electric power transmission system of the cobalt-rich crust-scale sampler,a simulation model of long-distance starting mode of high-voltage motor was established based on MATLAB/SIMULINK,and the characteristics of soft starting and direct starting were compared.According to the simulation results,the direct starting current was up to 130 A,and the starting current was large.And the starting current of the high-voltage underwater motor using the soft starting mode was 56 A,which was about 2~3 times of the rated current of the motor.In the soft starting mode,compared with the sine wave the voltage of the thyristor voltage regulation output was greatly distorted,resulting in harmonic oscillation and current oscillation.Through the simulation results,it was feasible to start the high-voltage motor remotely by using the soft starting method.The startup of this method was gentle,which effectively reduced the starting current and avoided the impact on the ship power and the motor.
