Optimization of Stoping Sequence Based on 3D-σ Finite Element Method

摘要 结合某地下矿山工程实际,针对高程和平面2个维度的回采顺序,采用三维弹塑性有限元方法对回采过程中的应力场和位移场进行模拟计算,分析不同回采顺序的应力和位移状况,结果表明,在高程维度上从上而下开采时采场稳定性要优于由下而上开采;推荐在平面维度上采用"由内向外后退式回采"或"将矿体沿走向方向分为多段,在每一段内由内向外后退回采"的方案。研究结果对矿山的安全回采具有一定的指导意义。 Combined with the actual engineering conditions of an underground mine,aimed at the stoping scheme of two dimensions of elevation and horizontal,the stress field and displacement field in the stoping process were simulated by threedimensional elastic-plastic finite element method,and the stress and displacement conditions under different stoping sequences were analyzed.The results showed that the stability of stope was better when mining from top to bottom than that mining from bottom to top in elevation dimension.It was recommended to adopt the scheme of backward mining from the inside to the outside or dividing ore body into multiple sections along strike direction and backward mining from the inside to the outside in each section in horizontal dimension.The research results had a certain guiding significance for safe stoping in mines.
